Gojo Genbei －This 250-year-old traditional style house on Shinmachi Street will take you back in time and help you experience the history of 400 year old town. We brought the culture of the Edo era to the modern world and put it in our dishes. You will be enchanted by the beautiful combination of vegetables made in Gojo and the profoundly beautiful Japanese lacquerwares.
